* **Price Strategy:** The presale adopts an incremental pricing model, rewarding early participants with lower token prices.
* **Stages:** $WAGER will be sold through multiple presale stages before public release.
* **Private Sales:** No private sales or token sales have been conducted, ensuring a fair and transparent sale process

**Fund Usage:** Funds raised through presale will go towards treasury and acquisition marketing, ensuring our aggressive yet sustainable growth trajectory can be achieved. <br>

### Token Distribution

**Community:** The largest allocation is reserved for our community. This supply includes Airdrops, staking rewards, platform rewards, paying out customer wins who have used the $WAGER token for bets, and other incentives provided from time to time that will benefit individual holders and the community alike.

**Team:** Tokens shall be allocated to the founding Team members, with reserves allocated for future team expansion and incentivization.&#x20;

**Presale:** Presale tokens are reserved for presale participants. There are no private sales and all holders will have a fair and inclusive opportunity to purchase tokens early at discounted rates.&#x20;

**Liquidity:** Liquidity is broken into two allocations, with a Liquidity Pool to be paired with ETH for funding DEX trading liquidity, and the remainder to be used as liquidity on Centralized Exchanges. \

**Advisors**: Allocated for early platform contributors over the past 18 months who have helped Wager evolve into the market leading betting platform. \
\
**Strategic Partners:** Allocated for individuals that will spread awareness and provide brand global recognition. This is reserved for professional athletes, music personalities and other global household figures.&#x20;
